Get the most out of your Lotus this summer...
The Lotus Driver Training Experience meets huge demand from the public to be taught the finer points of vehicle control. It's a school that puts your driving techniques to the ultimate test.
This fantastic programme is available for drivers of all abilities. Our highly trained Lotus instructors will take your driving to the next level.
You will be challenged, tested and pushed to the very limits of your abilities.
Our current dates available are:
Saturday 5th August
Saturday 19th August
Below is a list of activities run on the day, which will be invaluable to
you:
Oversteer and Understeer Training: Instructors encourage guests to experience understeer at its most subtle and most extreme. Guests will also have the opportunity to induce, experience and control oversteer.
Slalom Course: Guests will drive between a series of staggered gates and become familiar with the feel of weight shifting in the car and the positive and negative effects of braking and acceleration.
Braking Exercise: This is based on avoidance and judgmental tests. This activity tests the response and skill of the driver to control the car under heavy braking, whilst also demonstrating the exceptional braking capabilities of the Elise.
Track Driving: The afternoon is spent developing those skills gained from the morning, whilst improving your circuit driving skills. Here you will discover the astonishing acceleration and incredible handling of the Lotus Elise 111R on the 2.25-mile Lotus Test Track.
Your instructor will then take you on a high-speed passenger ride to show the true capabilities of the Elise 111R - absolutely breath-taking.
