Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and define all future Lotus customer driving programmes, regional motorsport activities and support existing Lotus activities.
Identifying opportunities to promote the Lotus brand through current and new driving programmes and motorsport activities.
Engage and communicate the existing Lotus one make series currently running in UK and Europe, integrating with the overall communication of the Lotusbrand.
Engage with and monitor the development of the Lotus Driving Academies,established in UK, Europe, and USA-standards, facilities, car standards, driving instructors, business performance, prospect opportunities to generate sales.
Take responsibility for organisation and management of Lotus sponsored track days and driving events at Hethel and outside of Hethel Cars, instructors, track bookings, ensuring qualified prospect attendance and dealer engagement.
Identify and close sales opportunities at key, recognised race and track schools in major markets, in conjunction with the Lotus sales teams.
Support established track days with Lotus demonstrator cars and drivers to generate prospects for sales.
