Just 4 weeks to go now until our LitP event at Chatsworth, and only 3 weeks until the start of your epic trip!
We now have over 100 cars confirmed on the Sunday morning runs, half of whom will be starting from Ashbourne with the other half starting from Matlock so you will be in good company.
We also very much hope you might be able to attend our get together on the Saturday evening before at 'The Devonshire Arms' pub in Beeley, just outside Chatsworth. For an extra bit of fun this year we have a theme of 'Cravats and High Heels' although this not compulsory.
With any luck it may have finally stopped raining by then too!
All the best

Thanks for the invitation Phil. Not sure if we will be able to make the evening event since we have a long drive that day from Southampton to Derby area. But we really are looking forward to meet you all the morning after.

That's fine, I fully understand Stefan, if you aren't able to make it...to be fair you have a long drive most days! Are you all sharing the driving so the passenger can catch up on some sleep?

Given the distances here in Sweden we are kind of used to it. Not sure about the possibilities to take a nap in a Lotus. Maybe in the Evora given that it's big and quiet. Probably not in the Elise and Exige unless wearing ear plugs

The sound of an Exige in full rev is quite soothing I must say.

Yes, music to the ears for sure, but ear plugs would be an essential for me on a trip like yours. Having an Evora would help too, something that is very much on my wish list :-D

Hi Stefan,
Before you all set off on Sunday 10th July is there any information you require regarding Lotus in the Peak?
Will you be able to access our MLOC website once you are here in England to get all the latest information?
You will all be given paper copies of the route on the morning of the run but this information will also be made available for people to download from the MLOC website in the week prior to the event.
If you need confirmation of the actual start point and time to arrive for the run or anything else then please just ask.
All the best

I've asked DeanB about the correct startingpoint and have made directions for us, I think we have all the information we need.
I'll try to get WiFi at a hotel and check in on MLOC during our trip.
Thanks for looking out for us!
